Many of the people we serve are the ones faithfully pouring into others — showing up, serving well, and carrying the weight of others’ healing.

But behind the veil of strength, there’s often very little space for their own vulnerability. Whether it’s the pressure to hold it all together, protect their reputation, or live up to silent expectations — too many leaders, helpers, and hopeful hearts don’t have places where they feel safe enough to be fully seen.

Ministry leaders inspired much of our heart for this work. At Last Lap, we offer coaching, counseling, and Christ-centered community to help people slow down and tend to the patterns that block intimacy — with God, with themselves, and with others.
